(1) When the inverter is energized, when the air circuit breaker is closed, the contactor KM is controlled by buttons SB1 and SB2, thereby controlling the power-on and power-off of the inverter, and is indicated by the indicator HLM.

(2) Speed adjustment.
1 The set cutting speed and return speed are adjusted by the potentiometers Rp and RP2, respectively.
2 The speed of the stepping and stepping of the settable is determined by the jog frequency of the inverter.

(4) Troubleshooting. Once the inverter fails, the contact KF is closed, on the one hand, the power of the inverter is cut off, and the indicator HLT is lit, and an alarm is issued.

(5) Oil pump failure treatment. Once the inverter fails, the relay KP is closed and the PLC will cause the set to stop the continuous operation of the stage after the end of the reciprocating cycle. At the same time, the indicator light HLP is on and an alarm is issued.

(6) Downtime processing. Under normal circumstances, press ST2. The station should cut off the power supply of the inverter after a reciprocating cycle. If there is an emergency, press ST1 to stop the whole bed.
