Brake resistor overheating
When the braking resistor thermal protection function is selected, if the braking current reaches the action value and continues to set the time, the alarm is generated. During the alarm, the relevant parameters and the actual running current and the braking resistor and the allowable current of the braking unit must be checked. Reasonably set relevant parameters, including DC braking and braking time settings.

Self-tuning
Occurs when the operating power supply provided by the circuit is abnormal or the working contactor is in poor contact. Generally, when the contactor is in poor contact, the electrical current limiting resistor will not be well shorted, and the load current will be supplied through the charging resistor. When the load current reaches a certain level, the DC bus voltage will drop to a very low level. To generate this alarm, in many cases, the charge resistance may be burnt due to excessive short-time current.
